Caring for our families and communities is beautiful, rewarding work. We know because we’re moms, too. We’ve cared for our families while working, and we’ve cared for our families as stay at home moms. None of it is easy, and when we’re overwhelmed, we’re told our problems are our fault and we need self-improvement, rather than acknowledging a system that undervalues our work.

You cannot value what you do not measure, so we built Tend – a mobile app that offers women a unique solution to track and value their invisible work. Mothers and other caregivers can see at a glance how much time they actually spend on caregiving tasks, as well as the economic value of their work. Let’s come together to revolutionize the way society sees this work!
